Chada Thai Fine Cuisine
Chef Brian Marchesi, formerly with Four Seasons Hotel in Vancouver, brought to Coquitlam a unique culinary experience that mixed his passion for Thai cuisine with his knowledge of fine European cuisine. His penchant for local ingredients illustrated how important international taste appeal can be when delivering traditional Thai cuisine.

Chada is the traditional headpiece for Thai classical dance drama. Stemming from the Royal Courts of Old Siam, Thai classical dance is one of the most graceful forms of artistic expression. Dancers wear beautiful, brightly-coloured costumes fully decorated with jewels. They do not speak but use eye contact and body movements, particularly hands and fingers, to convey messages, and to indicate subtle changes of mood and feelings.
Chef O, formerly with Celadon Restaurant, named as the "Best Restaurant in Bangkok" by Travel and Leisure magazine, is a graduate from the prestigious Oriental Hotel Apprenticeship Program. Prior to coming to Chada Thai, Chef O spent a few years in Europe refining his talents in fine European cuisine. His flair and passion for fine dining continues the legacy of Chef Brian Marchesi in combining the best of traditional Thai cuisine with some fusion of classical French cuisine. Chef O is very keen on bringing to Chada Thai his knowledge of environmental-friendly cuisine and promoting sustainability.
